What does John Paul Selects charge for shipping?
The cost of shipping will vary according to the product being shipped and the address it is going to. Please check your shopping cart for details of shipping charges for your order.
Your item will ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date - unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. To check the status of current orders and to see past orders, visit my account. If you have questions about an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?
Sometimes your entire order will ship in one package and sometimes your order will include items that originate from different locations. When that's the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfil a single order.
We will credit all eligible returns provided you return them to us within (14) days of receipt - please read the return policy on the product description though as some return policies may be less than 14 days, and there are a few that are Final Sale. All items must be unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. You have the option of receiving either a refund or a credit to your John Paul Selects account.
Please Note: Items that arrive after the 14-day return period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
How do I know if the item is returnable?

Can I exchange an item for one of a different size / colour etc.?
Many items are eligible for exchange if we have the colour / size that you require.
What is the process for returning / exchanging an item?
To initiate a return / exchange please contact Customer Care by phone or email by visiting our Contact page.
The outward shipping cost will be deducted from your original form of payment or charged to your debit / credit card in case of an exchange.
How will I know when my return / exchange has been received?
After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in saleable condition, you will receive an email confirming that: (a) for returns, your refund has been processed, as well as the amount credited; (b) for exchanges, your exchange has been processed and the exchange item has been shipped.
If the refund is made to your debit / credit card, please allow ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Did you receive the wrong item? Was your item damaged or defective?
If you believe you received an item in error, or if your item was damaged in transit or defective, please contact Customer Care so that we can assist you. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 14 days of delivery.
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please make sure you select a shipping address that can be delivered to when ordered.
